Melissa M. Perreault began her career in 2007 with the NH School Health Care Coalition (SchoolCare Health Benefit Plans). What began as a purely administrative position quickly became her passion and drive.   Having now been with the pool for over a decade, Ms. Perreault finds purpose in helping to make a difference within the 25,000 covered lives of the pool through cost containment strategies, creative wellness programs and educational opportunities.  She serves as the Associate Executive Director with specific areas of responsibility in finance and operations.

Ms. Perreault holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and a master’s degree in business with a certificate in Leadership of Non-Profit Organizations.  Ms.  Perreault has also further specialized her knowledge through certifications like the Achievement in Public Plan Policy (CAPPPTM), Essentials of Risk Pool Management (ERPM) and Self Insurance Specialist training.
