R. Lamar Sawyer, Jr., CPCU, MBA, ARM, CSRM has been the Executive Director of the Texas Association of Public Schools Property and Liability Fund (TAPS) since 2005.  Prior to TAPS Lamar was a Sales Manager for Willis Pooling.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida and St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.  Lamar serves on the AGRiP Board of Directors.
