Shelley Hall is the claims practice leader for Ashton Tiffany, LLC.  In this role she oversees a staff of 34, including 2 claim supervisors, 17 claims adjusters, 5 triage nurses, 3 legal/subrogation experts, and support staff.

Ms. Hall provides an array of claims consulting services on workers’ compensation and property and casualty lines of coverage; acts as liaison between Ashton Tiffany clients and insurance carriers; manages and conducts claim audits on third party vendors; and validates claim reserves. 

Her career in the insurance industry spans over 25 years, including positions as a senior claims adjuster for an insurance carrier, a workers’ compensation claim consultant for a national brokerage firm, and a risk manager for a national transportation company.

Ms. Hall is active in the Arizona Self Insurance Association and the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Claims Association.
