Troy has over 20 years experience working in a variety of claims, corporate law, and leadership positions for State Farm Insurance and the Texas Association of School Boards. He is currently the Division Director of Auto, Liability, and Property Claims Administration for TASB Risk Management Services. Troy is a graduate of Ball State University, Indiana University School of Law. He holds several insurance designations including CPCU, CLU, and ChFC.
